About the company
XOR Bit Infotech builds, automates and operates data center and cloud estates for Indian enterprises, and provisions the hardware and software behind them on CAPEX or OPEX terms. Alongside that, we train the engineers who run such estates — delivered through our education arm, One Great Mentor. In our -47th year of service.

Harcharan leads XOR Bit Infotech's strategy, engineering practice and partnerships. With over two decades across data center, cloud and enterprise infrastructure, he has built and operated estates for banking, manufacturing and services organisations, and now splits his time between client architecture reviews and mentoring engineers through the group's education platform, One Great Mentor.

Mumbai
Based in Mumbai, Pranav owns service delivery end to end — transition, transformation and day-2 operations. Across 23 years he has mobilised large-scale IT outsourcing and data center programmes for BFSI, retail, energy and FMCG clients in India and abroad, running P&L-accountable infrastructure, end-user services and security operations. A VMware Certified Professional (Data Center Virtualization) with ITIL, PMP and Six Sigma credentials, he also delivers XOR Bit's virtualisation and service-management training.

Pune
Bhupinder drives the group's connected-technology agenda through Yorbit Infotech, XOR Bit's XIoT and EV infrastructure partner. A mechanical engineer with 20+ years across industrial automation and smart systems, he works where energy and technology meet — smart water and energy, building automation, industrial predictive maintenance and EV charging infrastructure — with a sustainability-first view of every deployment.

A certificate proves attendance. We care whether an engineer can design a resilient estate, defend the decision, and rebuild it when it breaks at 3am.
Nothing is signed off on theory. Every engagement and every cohort ends with something running — a migrated workload, a hardened environment, a shipped project.
